This site was created when I was looking for my own
Beachfront home for sale and found no websites that just offered
Beachfront homes and condo's. Unfortunately they were to busy selling everything else (banner ADS and other
listings that took up my time). I found I was having to look
through thousands of listings just to find one home on the beach.
We wanted to provide realtors and individuals one
location to listing and locate beachfront properties without
having thousands and thousands of other listings to content with.
Many people ask us what the checks is on the free ads.
It is really very simple, we offer free ads because we need the
listings in order to keep visitors coming back to look for
property. The more traffic the more money we make from
advertisers. There is no check with the ads, you list your ad
absolutely free with your own contact information. We will not
contact you and try to sell you anything.
All we ask in return is if you know of anyone that is
looking for a beachfront condo for sale or a beachfront house for
sale let them know about our site. And if you are a realtor feel
